The body posture of a human being not only mirrors his or her actual and momentary state of being; it also represents the whole life story. Learn which observations are important for the analysis of body postures, which emotional significance is attached to certain parts of the body, and which changes are possible in the self awareness of the rider and in his or her communication with the horse.
